Description
Features & Benefits:
✔ Efficient Honey Extraction – The honey extractor uses centrifugal force to separate honey from the combs, making the process faster and cleaner than manual methods.
✔ Preserves Honeycomb Structure – Unlike crushing or cutting, it leaves the combs intact, allowing bees to reuse them for future honey production.
✔ Durable & Long-lasting – Constructed with high-quality materials like stainless steel or food-grade plastic, ensuring a long lifespan and hygienic extraction.
✔ Easy to Operate – Honey extractors are designed to be user-friendly, with simple manual or electric models for ease of operation.
✔ High Yield – The efficient extraction process minimizes honey loss, allowing beekeepers to collect a larger quantity of honey with less effort.
✔ Less Disturbance to Bees – The extractor allows for the honey to be removed without disturbing the bees too much, reducing stress on the colony.
How to Use:
Prepare the Frames – Carefully remove the honey-filled frames from the hive, ensuring they are not damaged.
Load the Frames into the Extractor – Place the frames into the extractor barrel, making sure they are properly secured.
Start the Extraction Process – Turn the crank (for manual extractors) or switch on the electric motor to start the centrifugal spinning process.
Collect the Honey – As the frames spin, honey will be forced out and collected at the bottom of the extractor. Once the process is complete, open the valve to drain the honey into containers.
Clean and Store – After extraction, clean the extractor thoroughly and store it for future use.
